Application form can be collected from any post office in Himachal Pradesh by paying the Application fee (Rs. 360/- for General candidates and Rs. 120/- for reserved category candidates)

Candidates need to send the completed application form along with all required documents to the following address so as to reach on or before the last date 02-04-2015 for Lahaul & Spiti District, Kinnaur District, Pangi & Bharmour Sub-Divisions of Chamba District and Dodra Kawar Sub-Division of Shimla District and 18-03-2015 for remaining districts
